When?
Autumn and winter 2023-2024, once a month.
Saturdays October 14, November 18 november and December 9, 2023 and
Saturdays January 27, February 17, March 16, May 4 & June 1st, 2024. Always starting at 3pm till 4:30pm. June 29 we'll exceptionally start at 1pm.
In July & August on Wednesdays 31st & 28. Start at 7:30pm.

Cost?
Free from September till June for our Antwerp Poleninjas.
Non-members of our studio will be charged €15/hour. 
Our poles will be at your service for 90 minutes. 

What to expect?
You book, come in and train as you like. Feel free to bring a friend or your polepartner. One of our instructors will always be at hand to guide and spot you when necessary. 
Warm-up, preparation and training are at your own responsibility, this is not a class that is being taught.
