Domi (insta @domidominette) was in 2020 docente 'Exotic Pole' bij Poledance Antwerp. Dit najaar komt ze terug naar Antwerpen om een workshop 'Static rotations and Flow' te geven.
'Understanding the principle of spirals, untying your spine and dissecting the mechanism of rotations on static pole: these will be the objectives of the workshop.
The emphasis will be on control and fluidity. Going from the floor to the pole, we will mix technical elements and explorations for a static in 3 dimensions, alive & danced.
This English-taught class is not a choreography course although a place will be left for exploration in music.'

Niveau: intermediate. Kunnen klimmen en aerial inverten zijn vereisten om deel te nemen. De workshop wordt afgeraden indien je gevoelige polsen hebt. Draag een paaldansoutfit die je niet hindert bij het floorwork gedeelte.
