Want to become a stronger pole dancer this summer? Monday evening summer classes to the rescue!
Sigrun challenges you with physical exercises to enhance your strength and stamina. All exercises will focus on pole-related muscles and stuff. Pole dancers of all levels are invited to join.
Take-off on Monday July 6, ultimate session is on Monday August 31st. Ten participants allowed each session.

Cost? €25 pro session. Full series of 9 weekly sessions is €200pp.
