Workshops w/ Lina - November 14 and December 19

Lina Polerina is an Aerial performer who puts her focus on Pole Dancing and Aerial (aka Flying) Pole. In her movement flow, you'll notice that she grew up dancing as a child: her dance style is elegant with an eye for finishes and details. Lina recently moved to Vienna but is coming to Belgium this autumn and is excited to share her tips and tricks for Spinning Pole & choreo with you!
Two dates: Saturday November 14 for 'All level' students - Saturday December 19 for 'Intermediate/Advanced' students

What? Two Spinning Pole workshops on both dates. First workshop will focus on details and refinement of your fluidity on spinning pole, while the second workshop will be a choreography workshop containing Lina's favorite shapes & moves on spinning pole

WS1: The art of spin - 1:15pm till 2:30pm
In this workshop, we’ll dive deeper into the technique of spinning pole. We’ll work on developing control, balance and flow whilst linking together various spinning shapes and combinations. The focus isn’t just on what you do, but above all on how you move: with precision, beautiful lines, attention to detail and a polished finish.

WS2: Lina's spinning stories - 3pm till 4:30pm
In this workshop, you’ll learn a complete spinning choreography built around Lina’s favourite shapes, transitions and movements. We’ll combine technical tricks with flow, musicality and performance, focusing on how to move from one movement to the next without losing the flow. A workshop in which you’ll not only learn new combinations, but above all discover how to bring your personality and style into your movement.
