Poledance Antwerp will be hosting Dutch pole dancer Hanka Venselaar on Saturday December 14. Hanka will teach a 90-minutes workshop Dynamic Pole. Take off at 4:45pm. 

What?
In this workshop, we will work on all kinds of dynamic movements in the pole such as static rotations, tumbles and flips. These fast moves may sound exciting, but with the right technique, anyone can learn them! We will work with both moves on the ground and in the pole with variations for everyone.
