Workshop 'No Shell fits me' is an exploration into the fluid realms of Escape-ism, delving into the profound emotions that emerge from the pursuit of finding a space where your true self can flourish.
It's as a form of self-discovery, a practice that enables you to explore the infinite possibilities to express yourself in movement, following no labels and form and thus creating your most unique, personal flow. 

When? Saturday April 27, starting 1:15pm till 2:45pm
Where? Kavka Oudaan - Poledance Antwerp studio on the 2nd floor
Level? From beginner-2 and intermediate on. Students should master their invert.
