Antartica (aka Amnaleesa) is an international sensual pole dance performer and show director. Her distinctive style is characterised by sex appeal, silky lines and aerial tricks combined with striking looks. Her style is heavily influenced by the stage and other types of performance art: what makes the audience feel strong emotions is at the center of her movement research. She won Eden competition Overall + Old School in 2025 and Mystique Art competition Overall Professional in 2024.

WS1 - Pole Provocation - 17u tot 19u30
This static pole workshop will cover a heels sequence in my signature style, blending lines, waves and silhouettes with feeling, expression and provocation. Think about seductive storytelling, use of touch, posing and timing to provoke the mind and body of your spectator while you sink into your own sensuality.
Niveau: upper beginner/Intermediate

WS2 - Spinning Pleasers - 18u45 tot 20u15
In this workshop we will cover signature spin pole sequences that will undoubtedly make your audience skip a heart beat. I will explain how I execute them with presence and rythm to engage and wow your spectators.
