PoleNick komt op vrijdag 14 augustus voor het eerst naar Poledance Antwerp en zal 2 workshops geven in onze studio.
Iedereen kan deelnemen en is welkom: het niveau variëert van beginner naar intermediate tot advanced. Elke workshop duurt 90 minuten.

PoleNick Special 'Favorite Tricks & Combos' - 18u-19u30
Nick unpacks all his beautiful recent tricks & transitions you might have seen on Instagram as well.
Niveau: Beginner-Intermediate (be familiar w/ climb, sits, basic static spins & invert straddle)

PoleNick Special 'The Hot New Shit' - 19u45-21u15
No day without new poletransitions by PoleNick. Make sure not to miss the hot new shit!
Niveau: Intermediate-Advanced (leghangs, aerial invert, butterfly, shouldermount & pole handstands are required)
